Is there a minimum user count?
The Starter plan begins at 10 users. Professional starts at 30, Enterprise at 50. You can add more users any time at the same price per user.
What's the difference between the plans?
Every plan includes the full platform, unlimited properties and assets, complimentary data import, and a dedicated account manager. The plans differ only by how many users are included and the price per user, which drops as you scale:
- Starter: 10 users at $34 per user
- Professional: 30 users at $29 per user
- Enterprise: 50 users at $22 per user
You can add more users any time at your plan’s rate.
What does onboarding look like?
You’re paired with a dedicated account manager from day one. We help you bring in your existing spreadsheets, documents, and records at no extra cost, organized and ready to use, and stay with you through weekly sessions for as long as you need.
How is our data protected?
EstateSpace is HIPAA and GDPR compliant, hosted on AWS within SOC 2 certified infrastructure, and aligned to the ISAE 3402 assurance standard. Full detail is on our security page.
Is there a contract?
All plans include a one-year commitment with a 14-day free trial. If it’s not the right fit within 14 days, cancel with no charge.
